Reports to: Team Leader, Site Manager, Project Manager (TL/SM/PM)

Duties

Assist to Project Engineers to perform the following tasks:

• Investigate work site: the status of construction, progress, temporary utilities, offices, warehouse… under the direction of TL/SM/PM;
• Assist project engineers to check & review Master schedule, make notes, schedule adjustment and report;
• Base on the master schedule adjusted to assist project engineers to established the detailed implementation plan for the work:
  • Material submission for approval (MSA)
  • Material request & delivery on site
  • Submission of shop drawing
  • Plan to mobilize human resources, construction machinery & instruments
  • Detailed progress of the installation, testing and handover
• To allocate and supervise human resource at site and all installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical/ Mechanical/ HVAC/ Firefighting/ Plumbing Works;
• To manage inspection and handover period;
• To report regularly to Team Leader/Site/Project Manager about work progress;
• To fix all problems related to Electrical / Mechanical/ HVAC/ Firefighting/ Plumbing Works;
• To perform other tasks assigned by Site/Project Manager.

Requirements

• From 23 years old;
• Graduated from Universities of Electrical/ Automation Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, major in HVAC/ Mechanical Engineering, Firefighting, Plumbing and Sanitation;
• Task and result-oriented, ability to work multi-task and team spirit;
• Fluent in English (Speaking and writing);
• Be able to work independently & under high pressure and ready to travel if necessary;
• Priority to those who is good at CAD, REVIT; TOEICs >500 or other equal event international certifications.
